Since joining Fox Law, much of Nicole’s work has focused on assisting the firm’s clients with a variety of business and corporate law matters:

  • Incorporation
  • Business succession planning
  • Share and asset purchases/sales
  • Creation of family trusts

Nicole has also worked with many of the firm’s clients on real estate matters, the creation of wills and powers of attorney, as well as the administration of estates.

Nicole is a graduate of the Queen’s University Faculty of Law. During law school she participated in the Queen’s Elder Law Clinic and the Moot Court Program. Nicole summered and completed her articles with WeirFoulds LLP law firm in Toronto. Founded in 1860, WeirFoulds is one of Canada’s oldest law firms.

Prior to her legal studies, Nicole graduated from the Honours Bachelor of Business Administration (HBBA) program, co-op option, at the Wilfrid Laurier University School of Business and Economics.

Nicole was born and raised in Peterborough, attending Edmison Heights Public School and Adam Scott C.V.I.  Outside of the office, she enjoys relaxing at the family cottage on Kasshabog Lake and jogging.
